The principal products, as cooked wine, are made with grapes from our vineyards that have not strong alcohol level but are very sweets thanks to vulcanic nature of land and the same grapes are an ideal solution for create an excellent cooked wine.
The almonds came from to Avola because are similar to Aeolian almonds for perfume and flavour.
