A typical Carnival dessert.
They are similar of Naples “Strufoli” desserts for shape and consistence, but the cooked wine are the principal ingredient and gift to a dessert a particular flavour.
This dessert must be fried and then blended into the cooked wine.
Ingredients for kneading: eggs, sugar, lard, white wine.
